Though, even if the puzzles are not very difficult, you have to find answers to some manuscripts used as basis for the story.
Visually, the game is ok. You don't need a very performant video board to have access to these aspects of the game. I managed to play it with a GeForce FX 5700 system.
As weak points of this game I would remark the poorly realized cut-scenes or the static characters. But I've never seen such a detailed adventure game. The Broken Sword 4: The Angel of Death has got the strongest graphic engine ever.
The soundtrack for Broken Sword 4: The Angel of Death is very well chosen. The songs are great, only the breaks between them are too long. George Stobbart's voice has remained the same, he's very credible. I couldn't say the same about Nico Collet. His French accent is getting more and more annoying.
The script is excellent. The texts are also great, you're having fun listening to the characters. The voice of the main character is best chosen, but the other voices are also OK.
Broken Sword 4 is a good game, but it could become the best. It's definitely better than The Sleeping Dragon, but from my point of view it's not even close to Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templar. There are a lot of reason for that, one of them being the engine of the game. Evolution is not always a good thing.
